  • Monitor Service Desk dashboards
  • Cross geographical communications for end users and end user computing groups
  • Managing overall response and resolution for Enterprise IT
  • Interviewing potential candidates and hiring backfills for IT SD
  • Escalation management of dedicated helpdesk
