Title : IT Program ManagerExperience : Overall 12-15 Years in IT Service Management / Project ManagementQualification : B.E/B.tech, MCAWork Location : PuneKey Responsibility\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement program plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resources.\xc2\xb7 Monitor program progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align program objectives and deliverables.\xc2\xb7 Oversee service operations to ensure adherence to SLAs and customer expectations.\xc2\xb7 Implement and maintain service management processes and best practices.\xc2\xb7 Conduct regular service reviews and performance assessments.\xc2\xb7 Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, addressing any issues or concerns.\xc2\xb7 Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Facilitate regular meetings and communication with the customer to review performance and discuss future needs.\xc2\xb7 Prepare and present regular reports on program and service performance to internal and external stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Maintain comprehensive documentation of all service activities and program plans.\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Skill Set\xc2\xb7 Good awareness / hands-on experience in the of IT Infrastructure topic \xe2\x80\x93 Server, Storage, network, Client Management topics\xc2\xb7 Good experience in Manufacturing setup, Pipes Industries is essential.\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in program management, service delivery, or a related role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.\xc2\xb7 Strong project and program management skills.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in service management software and tools.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.\xc2\xb7 Certifications: ITIL certification is highly desirable.Working Conditions:This role is primarily based at the customer site - Pune, with some travel required.
