• Primarily responsible for product/services /solution evangelism to external customers how SDS Industry 4.0 solution can improve business /manufacturing performance
• Enable Sales and business development team as part of boarder solution selling team to solve key business and industry 4.0 transformation challenges
• Ability to drive C suite conversations and leadership workshops to define the smart factory transformation and Industry 4.0 impact
• Anchor initial prospecting meetings to define problem statement, understand customer requirements, and position the relevant solution/transformation journey
• Ability to identify or define use cases related to Industry 4.0 for short-medium and long term for customers
• Bid management as part of solution selling team to support RFI/RFQ/RFP response for mid to large deals
• Empower sales and marketing teams with battle cards, collaterals, portfolio /capabilities presentation, product features to support lead generation and prospecting
• Responsible in ensuring key performance indicators (KPI) related to revenues, margin, acquisition and budget are tracked and met for the responsible region/customers/portfolio
• Represent the service line in different channels as an ambassador/evangelist to present thought leadership and deliver capability demos to bolster interest in SDS industry 4.0 services
• Define the boarder portfolio strategy ensuring market relevant solutions are positioned effectively to customers
• Bridge the gap between product owners, marketing, delivery teams by staying on top of business and technology trends
• Collaborate with product owners, delivery teams, solution architects and business/domain analyst in wireframe design and recommend improvement
• Build partnerships with boarder ecosystem to support portfolio strategy and establish local SI network for existing solutions
• Experience in Manufacturing/ Consulting /IT Services in last 5 -10 years is preferred
• Understanding of ISA 95 principles, IT-OT logical architecture, Industry 4.0 /Digital transformation trends, IIoT/IoT is needed for the role
• 1-2 end-to-end implementation experience in MES /Industry 4.0/Digital solution would be useful
• Expertise in one of the functional areas Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Asset Integrity would be useful
• Any experience in manufacturing concepts such as LEAN, KANBAN, TPM would be added advantage
• Industry or Domain experience in Automotive, Industrial, Heavy-Equipment, Solar, EV, White Goods, Oil and Gas would be an advantage
• Past experience in implementation of Industry 4.0 solution/Digital transformation/MES solution would be preferred
• MBA or Bachelors degree in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Industrial Production with relevant experience
• Knowledge of the common industry 4.0 solution and IIoT platforms would be useful
• Additional certifications related to IIoT/IoT/MES/ Manufacturing analytics/Smart manufacturing would be an advantage
