:Overview:We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead and shape the architecture of our online retail platform. The Enterprise Architect will play a crucial role in defining the technology roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business goals.Responsibilities:1. Architecture Design:\xc2\xb7 Lead the design and development of cloud-based microservices architecture that aligns with the companys strategic goals.\xc2\xb7 Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud strategy that supports the organizations growth and technological needs.\xc2\xb7 Ensure the architecture supports scalability, performance, and reliability.2. Technology Stack:\xc2\xb7 Assess and recommend new technologies and tools that enhance the performance and capabilities of the existing architecture.\xc2\xb7 Oversee the selection, integration, and optimization of software and tools.\xc2\xb7 Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.3. Security and Compliance:\xc2\xb7 Implement and enforce security protocols and best practices.\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).\xc2\xb7 Lead efforts to protect customer and company data.\xc2\xb7 Implement and oversee security measures to protect data and applications.\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and compliance standards.4. Team Leadership:\xc2\xb7 Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.\xc2\xb7 Mentor and coach team members in best practices and architectural principles.\xc2\xb7 Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.\xc2\xb7 Guide the development and deployment of microservices, ensuring they are robust, secure, and scalable.\xc2\xb7 Work closely with software developers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders.Requirements:\xc2\xb7 10+ years of experience in IT architecture and design.\xc2\xb7 Overall, 15-18 + years of IT industry experience.\xc2\xb7 TOGAF Certified.\xc2\xb7 Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\xc2\xb7 Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\xc2\xb7 Maintain thorough documentation of the architecture, design principles, and operational procedures.
