Job Title: Social Media - Reels Producer

Job Type: Full-time (6 days a week)

Location: Baner, Pune

Stipend - 5kto 10k per month depending upon candidate

Duration - Minimum 6 months

Pre-placement possibility: Yes, depending upon candidate's performance throughout the Internship

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and talented Reels Producer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging reels for our social media platforms to increase engagement, brand awareness, and reach a wider audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute ideas for creative and visually appealing reels that align with our brand
• Edit video content and graphics to create high-quality reels for social media platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a strategy for our social media reels
• Manage the social media reels calendar, including scheduling and posting reels across all social media platforms
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in social media reels and video editing
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of reels and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements:

• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their features, especially Instagram Reels
• Experience in creating engaging and high-quality video content for social media
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a timely manner
• Enthusiasm for social media and digital marketing

Education and Experience:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Film, or a related field
• Previous experience in video editing or creating social media reels is a plus
