We are seeking a creative and experienced Reel Creator and Video Editor to join our e-commerce furniture company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shooting, creating, and editing engaging product videos and informative videos with storytelling. They will represent the company's face on social media and create compelling content to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
• Shoot, create, and edit high-quality product videos and informational videos with a strong storytelling approach.
• Develop and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
• Write compelling and on-brand copy for social media posts, ensuring consistency in tone and voice.
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and product launches.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Brand Representation:
• Serve as the face of the company on social media, engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a sense of community.
• Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach.
• Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Analytics & Reporting:
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on social media performance and insights.
• Use analytics tools to monitor trends and inform future strategies.
Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to support integrated efforts.
• Communicate social media plans and performance to internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry.
• Proficiency in video shooting, editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), and social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
