OpenShift Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) for cloud orchestration platform which involves working on issues and troubleshooting. Troubleshooting issues related to Kubernetes cluster which involves creation of Pods, deployment and services in Kubernetes and OpenShift. Troubleshooting of Clusters and Nodes in Kubernetes. Performing Cluster Administrator tasks in OpenShift c Troubleshooting issues related to LDAP sync, RBAC procedures, disk utilisation etc. Upgrading OpenShift clusters to newer versions. Documentation of SOPs and work on POC of new automation requirements in moving the platform management to Infra as code (IaC). Required Technical and Professional Experience: Hands on experience in RedHat OpenShift Administration - Kubernetes and OpenShift Infrastructure and Architecture. Knowledge and experience of installing, configuring and operating RedHat OpenShift. Be part of a team that will work providing level 2/3 support for OpenShift Non-Prod and Prod Support. Working variable shift timings. Onboarding Nodes in OpenShift Clusters with various business workloads. Develop scripts for system automation, and automation of manual tasks including using Ansible. Should be able to create Support handover documentation. Virtualisation of infrastructure, building of packages using Docker. Knowledge of setting up and management of version control using Git or Bitbucket for example. Experience in Ansible tower. Integration using Prometheus into various reporting tools for example Grafana and ServiceNow. Knowledge of deployment of containerised applications/microservices architectures and CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins etc. Knowledge of Kubernetes Docker and Container Orchestration. Ability to debug issues with OCP clusters. Experience with observability, alerting, and tracing of distributed systems using tools like Prometheus, Sysdig, Grafana, Datadog etc. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience: RedHat Open Shift Certification (EX280) CKA or equivalent certification. Jenkins, CI/CD, ArgoCD. Ansible. DevSecOps Knowledge.
