We deliver an array of services including website designing, mobile application development, graphic designing, end to end content writing, internet marketing, and social media management to name a few.As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs to sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent. You will collaborate with department managers to develop job descriptions, identify candidate profiles, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Your goal is to attract the best candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience.Job Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals, social media platforms, and networking events.
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone or video to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Post job openings on various platforms and help manage candidate pipelines.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records.
• Assist in creating and managing candidate engagement strategies to enhance the candidate experience.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand job requirements and develop candidate profiles.
• Provide administrative support in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
• Help prepare recruitment reports and metrics for internal reviews.
