Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience: 0-3 years
Notice period : 15-30days Skills set: end-to-end recruitment process, social media platforms, databases, networking, and referrals and generate recruitment reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
• Source candidates through databases, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and generate recruitment reports.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment, particularly in domains like IT, engineering, or sales, is a plus.
