We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment/Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing both recruitment activities and day-to-day office operations. Reporting directly to the Director, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing candidates across various industries, managing walk-in candidates, and ensuring smooth operation of our office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates across different industries for our clients through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and referrals.

- Handle walk-in candidates and guide them through our recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience.

- Utilize your background in the recruitment industry to effectively register candidates for opportunities in Pan India and Middle East countries.

- Persuade candidates to register for international job opportunities, emphasizing career growth and benefits.

- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and timely placements.

- Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks, office supplies management, and vendor coordination.

- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the company professionally.

- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to maintain a productive work environment.

- Assist the Director with special projects and initiatives, providing support as needed.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role in the recruitment industry.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in managing office operations, including budget management and administrative support.

- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment software/tools.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in managing recruitment operations across international markets.

- Knowledge of regulations and compliance related to recruitment processes in India and the Middle East.

- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
