About the work from home job/internshipSelected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
2. Assist in creating job postings and advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
3. Screening and Shortlisting:
a. Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
b. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates\' qualifications and fit for the role.
c. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
d. Assist in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
4. Candidate Engagement:
a. Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates on their application status.
