This role serves as an essential pillar of the Maven Workforce team and requires the utmost in professionalism, confidentiality and experience. Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor end to end recruitment activity.
• Study the job description and understand it properly.
• Sourcing of resumes as per the client's requirement
• Searching resumes and profiles through various job portals
• Short-listing, resume evaluation, and phone screening.
• You will be required to Line up the candidates for the interview as per the schedule.

Training will be provided by the company.
Qualifications
1. Graduates from any stream2. Candidate interested in HR and recruitment roles.3. Excellent communication skills in English are required4. Knowledge of basic computer functions: emailing, MS-excel and MS-word etc.Looking for freshers who aspire to build their career in the Staffing and Recruitment Industry.
