We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Staff to join our Overseas Manpower Recruitment team. This position is crucial for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for Overseas job opportunities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in overseas recruitment, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and an in-depth understanding of the recruitment process for international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Overseas Recruitment: Source and recruit candidates for overseas job openings in various sectors (e.g., construction, healthcare, engineering, hospitality, etc.).
• Job Advertisements: Post job openings on relevant international job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment portals (such as Naukri, Foundit, Gulf Walkin, LinkedIn, and other international sites).
• Candidate Screening: Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and suitability for the overseas market.
• Visa and Documentation Support: Assist candidates with visa applications, travel arrangements, and documentation required for overseas employment.
• Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with international clients or hiring managers.
• Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
• International Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes and candidate documentation comply with international labor laws, regulations, and employer requirements.
• Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between clients (overseas employers) and candidates, ensuring that job requirements are met.
• Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of qualified candidates for overseas positions and track the recruitment progress.
• Market Research: Stay updated on labor market trends, salary standards, and skill demands for international recruitment, and share insights with clients.
• Flight Ticket Booking: Experience in booking flight tickets, managing travel arrangements, and coordinating travel schedules for candidates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in overseas recruitment, manpower supply, or staffing for Overseas clients.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with Overseas clients and candidates.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks and candidates while ensuring accuracy and compliance with international regulations.
• Microsoft Excel: Proficiency in Excel for tracking candidate details, creating reports, managing databases, and analysing recruitment data.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in recruiting for Middle East, Gulf countries, or Southeast Asia.
