Job Title: Recruitment Specialist Location: Vesu, Surat Experience: 0-3 Years No of Opening: 08 Salary: No Bar for Right Candidate. Mode Of Interview: Face to Face Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various job openings Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates Coordinate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to a final selection Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable laws and regulations Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems Familiarity with employment laws and regulation
