- Discover and implement cutting-edge candidate sourcing and processes, acting as the expert who finds the best talent.
- Design and identify multi-job posting API integration options, creating seamless connections between job boards and our platform.
- Execute integration with third-party ATS and HCM, ensuring smooth and efficient integration with applicant tracking systems and human capital management tools.
- Optimizing HR recruiting services, streamlining and enhancing our recruiting processes for maximum efficiency.
Leading RPA implementation by automating routine HR tasks using Robotic Process Automation, making processes smarter and more efficient.
Background in Tech and/or HR.- Expertise in API Rest, XML feeds, RPA, and digital skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Prior HR experience is a valuable plus.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Resilient to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
- Proactive in taking initiative.
- Results-oriented, focusing on achieving goals and delivering results.
