- Source, screen & recruit Fin. & A/C\xe2\x80\x99s, CS, HR, Sales, Operations, Content within company.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates\' qualifications and fit for the roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate & up-to-date records.
- Stay updated on industry trends & best practices in recruitment.
