Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company\xe2\x80\x99s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates Foster high-touch relationships using a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open Partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements Source qualified candidates from social media, internal databases, and different job portals. Screen and filter out candidates by evaluating them against the defined filter criteria. Analyze a candidate\xe2\x80\x99s capabilities via pre-screening assessments and calls. Schedule interviews using a variety of methods, like video, in-person, or telephone. Keep track of applicants at every stage and follow up. Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designations
Requirements & Skills: 3+ years of experience in recruitment Exceptional communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and decision-making skills Familiarity with job boards and computer systems designed specifically for HR like Keka, Zoho Recruit, Naukri Proven success in scheduling interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person) Excellent sourcing and evaluation skills using Naukri Portal and multi-channel sourcing/hiring Excellent experience in hiring excellent IT talent including developers, designers, project managers Solid understanding of fresher hiring procedures including phone interviews, group interviews, and other interview methods. Should have good understanding of IT roles and development tools like React, Node, Angular, iOS, Android, Laraval etc etc Proven track record of hiring good engineers with speed at scale.
Good to have: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field Proficiency with applicant management/tracking systems (ATS) Experience in developing recruitment strategy Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities
