Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent through various job portals and online platforms, supporting our recruitment efforts by building a robust talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize multiple job portals, social media platforms, and other online resources to identify potential candidates for open positions.
• Conduct thorough searches to gather relevant candidate information, including resumes, profiles, and contact details.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Pre-screen candidates through initial phone screenings and evaluate their qualifications and fit for the role.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates for current and future opportunities.
• Track and report on sourcing metrics, including the number of candidates sourced, outreach efforts, and conversion rates.
• Stay updated with the latest sourcing techniques, tools, and best practices.
• Participate in networking events, job fairs, and other recruitment activities to expand the talent pool.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
