• xe2x80xa2 12+ years of experience in recruitment and workforce management or a similar dual role.

• Proven ability to design and implement successful recruitment strategies.
• Experience managing a team of recruiters and leading large-scale hiring initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making with experience in recruitment metrics and analytics.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and HR analytics.
• Proficiency in workforce planning tools and HR management systems.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and best practices in workforce management.
• Experience in managing large-scale recruitment campaigns or high-volume hiring.
• Previous experience in workforce optimization in fast-paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
