Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join us as Recruitment Operations Trainees. This role offers job security and the opportunity to grow within our organization. As a trainee, you'll be exposed to the end-to-end recruitment process and gain practical experience in talent acquisition, client management, and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals and professional networks.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring timely communication.

Support in maintaining and updating candidate databases.

Learn and assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on appropriate platforms.

Help with recruitment events, outreach campaigns, and other hiring initiatives.

Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless onboarding processes for selected candidates.
