Bright Vision Technologies has an immediate opportunity for a US Staffing Recruitment Manager in Hyderabad(Onsite).
Role: Recruitment Manager
Location: Cyber Towers, Hyderabad
We are looking for a Recruitment Manager who has 10 years of end-to-end Recruitment life cycle experience in US Staffing.
Qualification:
- At least 10 years of experience in the US Staffing industry as Recruitment Manager from a reputed organization.
- In-depth knowledge of IT Technologies.
- A superior understanding of all visa types is required.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Resume shortlisting, submitting to the clients and through VMS.
- Must be independent and a self-starter and have high risk-taking capabilities
- Mentoring the internal recruiting team by guiding/implementing new recruitment methodologies.
- Should be an aggressive Team Player and well aware of the technologies in the market
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Great communication and negotiation Skills
- Go-Getter attitude.
