Eram Talent is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team. As a leader in talent acquisition, Eram Talent provides outstanding recruitment solutions to the oil and gas industry, along with other sectors such as petroleum, infrastructure, energy, water, transportation, science and technology, and healthcare. With our global reach and extensive network, we connect high potential professionals with sophisticated skills to our clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met. This would be for our upcoming new office at New Delhi.Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the recruitment team, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the oil and gas industry
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, and direct sourcing
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings to ensure candidate suitability
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate evaluation, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities and progress

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the oil and gas industry
• Experience in recruiting from Global Markets would be required.
• Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of the oil and energy industry, including knowledge of job roles and skills required
• Prior experience in managing a team of recruiters
• Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities concurrently
• Result-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
