### What You'll Do
• Strategizing hiring requirements according to business demands and ensuring that the hiring needs are met on time and in the most cost-effective manner
• Conducting preliminary interviews and coordinating with the interview panel Develop, influence, and execute sourcing strategy for passive and active candidates.
• Maintaining and developing candidate databases in ATS and trackers.
• Utilize social media recruiting skills to market the open positions, attract talent, and build online communities
• Prepare reports on Recruitment updates for stakeholders
### What You Know
• A minimum of 15-18 Years of experience in Recruitment.
• Proven 8+ years of work experience as an Recruitment Manager, Sr Recruitment Lead, or relevant role
• Should have experience in Managing region portfolio or Multiple BU's
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
• Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g., job application and onboarding processes)
• Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.
• Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
• Implement new sourcing methods (e.g., social recruiting and Boolean searches)
• Hands- on experience with ATS Tools.
• Research and choose job advertising options.
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
• Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Stay current on labour legislation and inform recruiters and managers about regulation changes.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skill.
### Education
• Bachelor's degree is required
