The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent and a passion for connecting the right people with the right opportunities. As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, specifically within the automobile industry. - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions tailored to the automobile sector. - Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. - Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for roles within the automobile industry. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status. - Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience. - Negotiate job offers and manage the hiring process through to acceptance and onboarding. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, particularly within the automobile sector. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role, with a background in the automobile industry. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies specific to the automobile sector. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
