Serve as client point of contact for all new requirements Update current and design new recruiting procedures Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire) Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches) Research and choose job advertising options Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations Participate in job fairs and career events Build the company\xe2\x80\x99s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners Build, manage and train recruiting team. Facilitate weekly meetings to discuss recruiting progress and/or challenges on active requirements Assist recruiters with sourcing strategies and recruiting techniques weekly and monthly progress reports and goal initiatives to managers to track opportunities and growth Handle I.T. & Non IT requirements from Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Clinical, Automotive and Energy clients. Utilize applicant tracking and several vendor management systems to capture all recruiting and hiring activities. Serve as client point of contact for all new requirements. Demonstrate Full Recruiting Life-cycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview etc.) Review resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
