Recruitment Lead (RPO)Experience: 5-10 yrsLocation: ChennaiJob Summary:We are looking for a results-driven RPO Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our clients (based out of client location). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management. This role requires expertise in handling high-volume hiring while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Manage end-to-end recruitment for clients (from client location), including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.xc2xb7 Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.xc2xb7 Utilize various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, networking) to attract top talent.xc2xb7 Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.xc2xb7 Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.xc2xb7 Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.Requirements:xc2xb7 Proven experience as an RPO Recruiter , handling large scale RPO projects based out of client's location.xc2xb7 Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques.xc2xb7 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.xc2xb7 Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.xc2xb7 Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
