Recruitment Lead needed in an Education group in Hyderabad.Joining - Immediate, Work Location - HiTech City.Role - The recruitment lead will be responsible for attracting and selecting the right talent for the Group in India. This position will also help identify, establish and maintain relationships with teacher training institutions to enable our schools recruit quality talent from campus recruitment initiatives.
Stakeholders:
Internal: Functional Heads, Hiring Managers, Principals / Heads of Schools:
External: Candidates, Vendors, recruitment consultants, College placement officers,Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
Work with Hiring Managers to formulate the right JD and obtain a deep understanding of the job and candidate requirements.
Implement effective talent acquisition strategies. This includes identifying the best channels for sourcing candidates, creating compelling job postings, and establishing efficient screening and interview processes.
Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Identify and develop sourcing pools, i.e. college campuses, vendors, job boards, professional social media sites, etc.
Send Daily and Weekly Reports and Publish Recruitment DashboardKey Success Factors

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum 6 years experience in HR with minimum of 4 years directly handling recruitment.
Strong proficiency in English (Written & Spoken)The successful candidate will possess and be able to demonstrate:Proven track record of managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Project and time management skills.
Should have business acumen and strong negotiation skills.
Experience developing and managing a team is preferable.
The ability to manage social media is an added advantage.
Experience in working on an ATS is highly preferable.
Effective analytical, critical thinking, writing and verbal communication skills.
