About the internshipConsonantOne is seeking a Recruitment Intern with excellent English proficiency (spoken and written) and MS-Office skills to join our team. As member of our recruitment team, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment while gaining valuable experience in the field.1. Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
3. Update and maintain candidate databases and recruitment systems
4. Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting job ads on various platforms
5. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential candidates
6. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
