- - Reference check of the hired candidates
- - On-boarding process
- - BGV process
- To enhance on-boarding experience of the new joinee via improvising pre-joining formalities & drive Project WOW in the organization
- Automation & improvement in Referral Management and using group guidelines to drive referrals in the organization
- Improvement in Portal management - To reduce recruitment cost by utilizing portals efficiently and effectively & To enhance hiring through Social Media channel
