The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified personnel for security positions within the company. The role involves collaborating with operational managers to understand staffing needs, conducting interviews, managing the recruitment pipeline, and ensuring that all hires meet the company's standards for professionalism and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
• Talent Acquisition : Identify, source, and recruit security personnel to meet company staffing needs, including guards, supervisors, and field officers.
• Screening & Interviewing : Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and background checks to assess candidates' suitability for roles.
• Coordination with Field Officers : Work closely with field officers to understand staffing requirements for different locations and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
• Database Management : Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates and a pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Onboarding : Coordinate the onboarding process, including documentation, training schedules, and deployment of new hires to various client sites.
• Compliance : Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
• Employee Referral Program Management : Oversee the employee referral program, encouraging staff participation and tracking referral outcomes.
Qualifications
• Experience : 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the security services industry or a manpower staffing agency.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to assess candidates effectively, knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
• Preferred : Familiarity with labor laws and industry standards for security services.
