Your responsibilities include:
? Manage and organise smooth interviews for candidates.
? Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs.
? Oversee recruitment and be the main contact for candidates and hiring managers. Improve
the recruitment process for efficiency.
? Conduct Interviews coordinate with operations teams for recruitment alignment.
? Source and expand our candidate pool through online platforms and social networking.
? Screen and Review resumes and conduct phone screenings. Give helpful feedback to
candidates for a positive experience.
? Manage onboarding and Guide new hires for a smooth start. Work with HR and teams for
a better onboarding experience.
? Source business opportunities and engage with clients for potential opportunities.
? Collaborate with hiring managers and build strong relationships to understand staffing
needs. Help with workforce planning and solve staffing challenges.
Qualifications:
• English Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with confidence in persuasion and convening discussions.
• Technical Requirements : Personal laptop required; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
• Target-Oriented : Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets.
• Interpersonal Skills : Strong relationship-building abilities with candidates and team members.
• Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze recruitment metrics for process improvement.
