Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for open positions across various departments.
- Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms (online job portals, social media, and company website).
- Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and applications, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Interview Coordination: Conduct initial phone screens and participate in interview panels with department heads.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure timely hiring.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain a candidate database and build relationships with potential future hires.
- Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring new employees have a seamless transition into the organization.
- Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring progress, time-to-fill, and other key KPIs.
- Compliance: Ensure that the recruitment process complies with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and HR software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
