Duties and Responsibilities:-
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist for one of our client into Aviation Industry to join their HR team. You will play a critical role in identifying, attracting and hiring talent for the company. This requires an understanding of challenges and requirements of the Aviation/Hospitality sector.
Job Responsibilities
Identifying and understanding the staff requirements in various departments.
Interact with potential candidates via social media and professional networks.
Utilizing a variety of sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates.
Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through offer negotiation to offer rollout.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities using applicant tracking system.
Job Requirements
BBA Graduate or MBA or Similar.
Proven 3+ year work experience as a Talent source role in the Human Resource Department.
Preferably prior experience in Hospitality industry.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of candidate sourcing and evaluation techniques.
Proficient in HR Databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, and HR databases
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and KPIs to drive success in recruitment efforts
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Experience with interviewing techniques and other evaluation methods to assess job candidates
- Knowledgeable in local labor regulations, such as hiring procedures, work permits, and more.
