• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions.
• Reviewing resumes and screening candidates.
• Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers.
• Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
• Knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations, and industry trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
