• Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline through various channels.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Managing the entire onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
