Job Description
Recruitment & Selection
• Understanding the requirements from hiringmanagers , sourcing applications (Portals, SocialMedia,Campus,Consultancies).
• Carrying out firstlevel screening- Coordinating with the consultancies /colleges
• Playing active role in the campus placements &Internship program
• Updating & maintaining real time Recruitment tracker
• Continuously sending and collecting data oncandidates' hiring experience and workingtowards improving it
• Active participation in implementing newly developed recruitment processes
• Issuance of offer / appointment
• Maintaining the data in the HRIS portal and handling the entire recruitment MIS.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
