Recruitment Executive/ Recruiter/ Lead Recruiter.
Experience: Min 1 year into recruitment.
Salary: Rs. 15000/- to 30000/- per month
Job description
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/ Network/ Social Media/ Colleges etc
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/ methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Maintain a good relationship with the resource.
Person with more than 1 year of experience has potential/ capacity to lead a team is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
