Position: Recruitment Executive Experience: 0-1 Years Qualification: Any Graduate Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, tosource potential candidates in the BIM industry.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop acomprehensive sourcing strategy. 2. Screening and Selection: Conduct initial screenings of applicants, reviewing resumes and assessing candidates\' qualificationsand skills relevant to the BIM industry.Perform phone and/or video interviews to evaluate candidates\' suitability for specific positions.Maintain candidate databases and ensure all candidate information is accurately recorded. 3.Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates and coordinate the interview process between candidates and hiring managers.Provide timely feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. 4.Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing: Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent. Actively engage with potential candidates and build relationships to enhance the company\'s reputation as an employer of choice. 5. Applicant Tracking and Reporting: Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics .Generate reports and data insights related to the recruitment process for analysis and improvement. 6.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Address candidate queries and concerns promptly and professionally. 7.Market Research and Industry Insights: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the BIM industry and recruitment practices. Conduct market research to understand the current job market and competition for talent. Requirements: -Bachelor\'s degree in any field -Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools to attract qualified candidates. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective candidate engagement. -Ability to assess candidates\' technical skills and cultural fit for the organization. -Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
