We are seeking a Recruitment Development Manager for the Agency Vertical to drive advisor recruitment, develop a strong sales team, and contribute to the company's growth.
This role involves identifying potential agents, training them, and ensuring they achieve sales targets while upholding company standards.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
• Recruit and onboard new teams to build a robust agency network.
• Train and mentor teams to enhance their productivity and performance.
• Achieve business targets by driving sales of life insurance products through teams.
• Conduct regular meetings, workshops, and training sessions to support teams development.
• Provide guidance and motivation to teams to ensure consistent performance.
• Monitor teams activity and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
