Recruitment Delivery Consultant We are seeking a highly experienced delivery consultant based in Hyderabad, India who has the potential to lead a team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of agency experience in the UK/EU market. Your primary responsibility will be to source candidates for our account managers and senior consultants. Additionally, you will be required to lead our growing team in India by collaborating closely with Key Account Managers and client managers. Your duties will include: Providing training and development to junior hires. Sourcing potential candidates via various channels, including our internal database, job boards, online databases, and social networks. Screening candidates for relevant roles. Conducting detailed telephone interviews with candidates. Updating our in-house systems. Coordinating interviews. Qualifications: Excellent written and oral English communication skills; fluency in any European language is a plus. Prior experience in an agency delivery role, preferably within the tech and IT industry. Strong communication skills with a solid drive to succeed. Ability to connect with various audiences effectively. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail and result driven. Energetic and inquisitive personality.
