You will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition Team and manage all interview scheduling and related logistics
You\xe2\x80\x99ll work with hiring teams and the larger Talent Acquisition function to help our candidates navigate our process and provide exemplary interview experiences for all

The impact you will have:
Coordinate phone and virtual interviews across US.
Maintain our Applicant Tracking System ensuring data accuracy
Partner with teams (TA Partners, Sourcer, Hiring Teams, Candidate Experience Team) to learn about, prioritize, and fulfill hiring need
Help implement and update recruiting processes by identifying opportunities for efficiencies
Establish relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and the greater TA organization to initiate projects of impact to refine our processes and improve our delivery
Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems
Confirm all new hires, provide candidate care until candidate onboarding
Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
Coordinate scheduling of post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials
Identifying opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Adapt to multiple recruiting systems and tools and ensure the best working efficiency
Engage in different recruiting activities and programs
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor s degree in relevant discipline.
Fresher-6 months of experience doing recruitment and selection process.
Good customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations
Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates
Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently and drive them to closure with minimal supervision.
Passion for Human Resources, and a high interest in recruiting activities such as talking to candidates, understanding their behaviors, and the motivators for them to make professional decisions.
Prioritization of multiple functions, tasks and managing time efficiently in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
Ability to maintain strong relationships with recruiters, managers, business partners, and candidates, all of them at once.
Time Management to work on different open roles, different tasks all at the same time
