Muve People is looking to add talented heads to their Noida office within our healthcare function. As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the healthcare sector, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier candidates in various healthcare positions. You will collaborate closely with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements while providing outstanding service throughout the recruitment process. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, such as job boards, social media etc Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client\'s vacancy Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests, and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client The requirement for candidates to have prior experience in healthcare recruitment is a crucial aspect of this role whether this be in a 180 or 360 capacity.
