  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer extension.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and preferences.
  • Proactively consult with clients on recruitment strategies and market trends.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to enhance our employer reputation.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
