ResponsibilitiesMinimum of 1-3 years professional field recruiting (especially in Manufacturing, Ecom/Logistics, FMCG, BFSI, etc..) work experience.Strong recruitment experience in unskilled and semiskilled category candidates.Good experience in mass recruitment, Blue-collar hiring, Campus & Bulk hiring.Should belong to the local area or have local area knowledge.Identify potential candidates through various sources, including job boards, social media, and referrals.Pre-screen candidates to ensure qualifications are met.Attend job fairs, visit college campuses, and conduct on-site interviews to identify potential candidates.Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.Provide candidates with benefits overview and understanding of total compensation package.Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure that they have a positive experience with the company.Conducts exploratory interviews on an ongoing basis to keep consistent pipeline of talent.Coordinate with hiring managers and human resources to ensure that the onboarding process is smooth and efficient.Building and maintaining a database of quality candidates per market for current and future openingsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
