The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the recruitment industry, with a focus on IT and Non-IT requirements. This role requires someone with a strong client database and network, capable of bringing new clients to our company. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new business opportunities within the
IT and Non-IT sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand the client
base through networking and cold calling.
  • Identify and understand client requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of services to
clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to identify new business
Opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the recruitment
industry.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and expanding client base.
  • Strong client database and network in the IT and Non-IT sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with the sales process and experience using Sales CRM systems.
  • Ability to effectively manage client relationships and address their needs promptly.
  • Strong negotiation skills and client relationship management experience.
