RECRUITMENT ASSOCIATE
As a Recruitment Associate, your primary responsibility is to lead and optimize the recruitment process for the project, ensuring the acquisition of high-quality teaching professionals for the organization. You will collaborate with the project and the marketing team to maintain a steady flow of leads, implement new hiring strategies, and oversee the I-TET Exam process. Additionally you will conduct interviews, review demo videos, and actively contribute to the overall efficiency of the recruitment workflow..
RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Lead and optimize Recruitment process by collaborating with the project and the marketing
team to maintain a consistent flow of leads and potential candidates.
• Oversee and enhance the I-TET Exam process, ensuring smooth candidate registrations and
troubleshooting technical issues.
• Implement new initiatives and hiring strategies to attract high-quality teaching professionals.
• Review and assess demo videos according to predefined criteria, providing constructive
feedback to candidates.
• Conduct Google Meet interviews, focusing on content knowledge and teaching aptitude.
• Ensure timely and on-time delivery of candidates to meet project requirements.
• Keep candidates informed about their application status throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including the Project Managers and team members to
define and refine selection criteria.
• Proactively suggest and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and introduce innovative practices in tutor recruitment.
• Ensure on-time fulfilment of emergency tutor requisitions from respective project.
• Performs other duties as assigned by head.
• Address candidate queries promptly and provide timely feedback.
QUALIFICATIONS :
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
