We are a Franchise Partner of a Global Executive Recruitment Firm , Antal International Network and looking for Associates in Recruitment and Business Development for our office.Location - Gurgaon Sohna Road, Work from OfficeCandidates in Gurgaon or willing to relocate to Gurgaon only will be considered.Experience - Fresher to a maximum of 1 yearKRA\'sRecruitment1. Managing sourcing of candidates from portals as per the client requirements2. Scheduling interviews of shortlisted candidates3. Closing the offer and managing the joining of the selected CandidatesBD1. Generating leads from Linkedin / other social media platforms2. Engaging in calling and getting meetings3. Negotiating and closing the contract
