Candidates must be willing to work in night shifts and prior US IT staffing experience is mandatory. Experience of End to End US IT Recruitment Process in US IT Staffing Industry (Preferred). Work on Multiple Openings for multiple clients on a daily basis, in a dynamic and fast paced setting. Searching for candidates, Shortlisting profiles, contacting candidates, initial screening, presenting to HIRD Management, setting up candidate interviews. Sourcing from Job Portals, Creating and posting jobs on the Company Job Portal and social job boards. Place candidates in Technical Roles , Non-IT Roles, Functional Roles Continuously searches for innovative sourcing techniques for hard-to-fill roles. Must be able to work in a dynamic environment comfortable with ambiguity. Other projects and responsibilities as requested. Required Eligibility & Qualifications to Apply: Freshers can apply! Minimum of 06 Months experience in US IT Recruitment (Preferred) Proven and Demonstrative experience of successfully sourcing multiple candidates each month. Expert level fluency in English for Verbal and Written Communication with Global clients. Ability to interact with all levels within an organization up to senior leadership Experience in Microsoft Office (Preferred) Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a Business/Management/HR or related field. Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree/MBA is an asset. Job Type: Full-time Pay: 13,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month Schedule:
