Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. This role is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and recruitment processes while working in a vibrant advertising agency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on different platforms.
• Support the HR team in employer branding and engagement initiatives.

What We're Looking For :

• Qualification : Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (completed or pursuing).
• Skills :
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes (preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Mindset : Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn.
