As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team. : We are looking for a talented Recruiter to join our HR team and contribute to our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill various positions of our clients. Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

2. Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, referrals, and other sources.

3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

5. Conduct reference checks and background checks as needed.

6. Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages with selected candidates.

7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activity in the company's applicant tracking system.

8. Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a manpower consultancy.

3. Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

8. Prior experience working with recruiting agencies & job portals. Benefits:
